1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Teeplin (“Teeplin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of Teeplin.com, our online storefront, content, customer account features, communications, and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting the site, browsing products, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing from us, you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific or promotional terms presented to you are incorporated by reference. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for the relevant activity.
We may update these Terms as described below. The version displayed when you place an order generally governs that transaction, except where a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and must be legally capable of entering a contract. The Services are not intended for children.
If you use the Services for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party, and “you” includes that party. You may not use the Services if applicable trade restrictions, sanctions, or laws prohibit us from providing them to you.
3. Online store terms
You may use the Services only for lawful personal shopping and other purposes we expressly authorize. You may not use our products or Services for an illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate laws applicable to you, including intellectual-property, consumer-protection, export-control, privacy, or cybercrime laws.
Access to the Services is provided on a temporary basis. We may change, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or discontinue any feature, product, or area of the store when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, inventory management, or business operations. We are not responsible for unavoidable interruptions outside our reasonable control.
4. Customer accounts
You may be able to shop as a guest or create an account. Information you provide must be current, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, restricting access to your devices, and all activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require password changes, suspend an account, cancel suspicious orders, or request reasonable verification to protect you and the store. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using automated means, transfer an account, or use an account previously suspended without permission.
5. Accuracy and availability of information
We work to keep product descriptions, measurements, inventory, prices, photographs, and other information accurate. However, occasional typographical, technical, pricing, or availability errors may occur. Information is provided for general shopping purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.
We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Historical content may not be current and is provided for reference. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Products, images, and sizing
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric batches, printing methods, and manufacturing tolerances can cause minor differences in color, texture, placement, or finish. Such differences are not necessarily defects.
Review the size guide and product information before ordering. Fit can vary by design, material, and personal preference. Measurements are approximate. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities, discontinue styles, or restrict sales by customer, location, or jurisdiction where lawful.
Care instructions form part of the product information. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, storage, alteration, misuse, normal wear, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify as a defect.
7. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We accept an order when it is approved, processed, or dispatched, depending on applicable law and our communicated process.
We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, an obvious error, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, resale activity, sanctions concerns, delivery restrictions, or violation of these Terms. We may contact you to verify identity, payment, address, or order details. Failure to provide reasonable verification may result in cancellation.
Please review names, sizes, quantities, addresses, and contact details before submitting. Multiple orders may be shipped separately and products within one order may arrive in different packages.
8. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. The final checkout total includes applicable product charges, discounts, shipping fees, and taxes collected by us. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion, international transaction, or other fees that we do not control.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected method for the total shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use that method. Payment may be subject to authentication, risk review, and provider terms. If a displayed price is clearly erroneous, we may cancel the item and refund payment rather than fulfill it at the incorrect price.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes assessed on arrival are the recipient’s responsibility.
9. Discounts, gift cards, and promotions
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, purchase thresholds, redemption limits, and separate rules. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or used after expiration. A promotion may end early where inventory is exhausted or where required to prevent misuse.
Returns can reduce an order below a promotional threshold. In that case, the refund may reflect the value actually paid and any lawful adjustment disclosed in the promotion. Gift cards, if offered, are governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. We may refuse codes obtained through unauthorized resale, manipulation, or fraud.
10. Processing, shipping, and delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. They may be affected by order volume, verification, inventory, carrier capacity, customs, weather, holidays, remote destinations, or events outside our reasonable control. Tracking may take time to activate after a label is created.
You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and monitoring tracking. Contact support promptly if an address error is discovered. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid customs charges, or repeated delivery failure may be deducted from a refund where lawful.
Shipping destinations, fees, thresholds, estimates, customs responsibilities, lost-package procedures, and other details are governed by our Shipping Policy.
11. Risk of loss and title
Ownership and risk transfer at the time required by the law applicable to your purchase. Where the law permits contractual allocation, risk passes when the order is delivered to the address you provided or to an authorized recipient, designated safe place, collection point, or parcel locker.
A carrier scan is relevant evidence of delivery but does not prevent you from reporting a genuine problem. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check the property, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices, then contact us promptly so we can review available options.
12. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Eligible returns, required condition, request windows, evidence, return instructions, non-returnable items, exchanges, damaged or incorrect products, and refund timing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
Items must not be sent back without following the stated process. You are responsible for return transit until receipt unless law or our policy provides otherwise. We may inspect returned items and may reduce or refuse a refund for wear, damage, missing components, contamination, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the item, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control posting times after we release a refund. Original or return shipping charges are refundable only where our policy or applicable law requires.
13. Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will try to help but cannot guarantee changes once processing, production, packing, or dispatch begins. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may need to receive the order and request a return under the applicable policy.
We may cancel an order for the reasons described in these Terms. If we do, we will notify you using the contact details provided and refund amounts charged for canceled items. Nothing here limits a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available in your jurisdiction.
14. Reviews, feedback, and user content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of rights you hold. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, and use that content to operate, improve, and promote Teeplin, to the extent permitted by law.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Do not submit confidential information. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish or monitor every submission.
Feedback about ideas, features, or improvements may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission where consent is required.
15. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt the Services;
- probe, scan, bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract data through automated means without written permission;
- reverse engineer, frame, mirror, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the Services;
- submit false order, payment, review, identity, or delivery information;
- circumvent purchase limits, promotions, or account restrictions; or
- interfere with another customer’s use or with networks supporting the store.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with providers or authorities where legally appropriate.
16. Intellectual property
The Services and their text, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, designs, logos, icons, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to Teeplin and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping.
No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits. Teeplin names, branding, and trade dress may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship or causes confusion.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, email us with your contact information, identification of the protected work, location of the material, the basis of your claim, and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
17. Third-party tools, links, and services
The Services may rely on or link to ecommerce platforms, payment providers, carriers, social networks, or other third-party services. We do not control their independent content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from an independent third party’s acts or omissions. Direct complaints about a third-party service to that provider, while contacting us when the issue affects a Teeplin order.
18. Privacy and electronic communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and handled. By providing contact details, you agree to receive necessary transactional communications about orders, accounts, security, support, and policy updates. Marketing communications are sent according to applicable law and your preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing, but not from essential service messages relating to an active transaction.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and general site content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that every defect will be corrected immediately.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement only to the extent those warranties may lawfully be excluded. Product-specific promises expressly stated at purchase remain applicable. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Clothing fit, comfort, appearance, and suitability are partly subjective. Site content is not medical, safety, legal, or other professional advice.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teeplin and its suppliers, service providers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising from the Services or these Terms, even if advised that such loss was possible.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the product directly giving rise to the claim or USD $100. This allocation is an essential basis of the agreement.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited, which may include fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teeplin and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or User Content you submit.
This obligation does not require you to indemnify a party for its own unlawful conduct and does not apply where prohibited by consumer law. We may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation. We will not settle a claim imposing a non-monetary obligation on you without reasonable consent.
22. Complaints, governing law, and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern efficiently. Include your order number, a clear description, and relevant supporting information. The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before beginning formal proceedings.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business entity operating Teeplin, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of a right to bring proceedings in a local court where that right cannot be waived.
Any claim must be brought within the period allowed by applicable law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to the extent its exclusion is permitted.
23. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material breach, fraud risk, security threat, legal requirement, abusive conduct, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the Services. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a breach.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment duties, intellectual property, User Content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, disputes, and general provisions—remain effective.
24. General provisions
Changes
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law, Services, technology, or business practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires express consent.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil unrest, labor disruption, carrier or infrastructure failure, cyberattack, government action, customs delay, or supply shortage. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific instance.
Assignment and entire agreement
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or transfer of business, subject to applicable law. These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning the Services and replace prior discussions on the same subject.
Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Electronic records and communications satisfy writing requirements where legally permitted. No agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship is created by these Terms.
25. Contact information
Questions about these Terms, an order, or the Services can be sent to our customer support team. Include your order number when the question concerns a purchase.
